The Amazon Prime Now team is seeking a talented product manager to help us grow and evolve our technology platform to further scale up our product. To be successful you need to be flexible and entrepreneurial. You are a true owner - you are passionate about the business and innovate relentlessly on behalf of our customers. As a Sr Product Manager, you will drive the retail fulfillment roadmap and work with retail business teams and operations to innovate on behalf of our customers.

You develop partnerships and collaborate with FC operations, software development managers, technical program managers, and partner teams. You are comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and willing to develop quick proof of concepts, iterate and improve. You have strong judgement and work with your peers across the aisle to create a bold vision, product road maps, and detailed requirements with the long term vision in mind.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with Operations Management experience
· 3+ years of experience working with retail business teams and supply chain, delivering product innovation that optimizes the grocery fulfillment value stream.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
· Master of Business Administration (MBA)
· Proven success in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment
· Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis tools
· Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms
