We work on various ad programs covering global markets and we provide 24/7 coverage for all ad programs.
Job description: Sr. Content Reviewer
1. Review of Website content to label for advertising
· Review web sites to label relevant categories based on guidelines.
· Identify whether a given web site/app contains any elements /keywords which will influence the advertisement.
· Mark the parts of a webpage with content which lead to the labelling.
· Classify the page into one of several categories
· Analyze data and evaluate trends/patterns.
· Recommend generic patterns to be translated into Rules.
· Reviewing customer emails concerning ads and report these issues.
2. Training & Coaching
· Coordinating training & mentoring sessions
· Frequently reviewing work of new hires (with guidance of Supervisor) and providing on-going feedback in the first days, weeks and months
· Coaching IARs towards improvement where necessary
· Offering "remedial" instruction in tool usage and other topics as required
3. Maintaining Updates & Documentation and Monitoring workflow
· Escalating questions/issues from the team regarding the process and cascading updates to the team
· Preparing & Maintaining Training documents, Wiki pages with updates, SOPs & any other documents
· Preparing weekly process reports & sending these out to the concerned people
4. Review & Maintain internal process quality
· Maintaining high internal quality of the processes by performing quality audits
· Providing specific & timely feedback to policers on errors & trends
· Act as SMEs for processes on the floor
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate degree in any discipline
. B2 French (certification required)
· 3 plus years' of relevant experience with Operations processes
· 24/7 availability, including willingness to work on weekends, and outside of the "standard" work day
· Demonstrated passion for delivering a positive customer experience, and maintain composure in difficult situations
· Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Confident in using Microsoft Packages (especially Excel), Web based tools and creation of reports
· Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to:
o Adult content
o Religious and philosophically sensitive issues
o Alcohol, tobacco, weapons and other potentially offensive products
o Hate, Violence and Extreme political content
