We are looking for a software engineer who is excited about creating tools that enable the engineering team to be more productive while maintaining high quality. We are looking for candidates with strong technical ability, a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment, high creativity, and great analytical reasoning skills. This position requires hands-on software development. You should be comfortable working in an environment where code is pushed into production multiple times per day.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

● Expertise in coding & software engineering in Ruby or similar languages
● At least one year of experience in building tools and environments that empower engineers to do great work with less effort
● Experience in implementing continuous integration & continuous deployment workflows that support performance, stability, and error-free operation
● Advocate of unit testing and test-driven development
● 3+ years of experience in software development
● Strong CS fundamentals
