Our mission is to build scalable and robust software solutions to plan the AWS workforce and then support execution to plan.

You will build intelligence into automated AWS workforce planning. You will work closely with a team of Scientists and Economists to scale best practices in workforce design. You will enable a global staff of workforce planners to perform scenario analysis and understand downstream impact of workforce decisions. You will grow into a tech leader as we demonstrate the value of automation and data-driven science in HR.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Solid development experience in Java, Ruby, Python or C#/C++
· Computer Science fundamentals in OOD, algorithm design, and complexity analysis
· Knowledge of various software technologies, methodologies and applied software engineering practices/standards such as SOAP, REST, Spring and AJAX
· Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.Obsession with quality and user experience
