Amazon WW R&R is comprised of business, product, operational, program, software engineering and data teams that manage the life of a returned or damaged product from a customer to the warehouse and on to its next best use. Our work is broad and deep: we train machine learning models to automate routing and find signals to optimize re-use; we invent new channels to give products a second life; we develop world-class product support to help customers love what they buy; we pilot smarter product evaluations; we work from the customer backward to find ways to make the return experience remarkably delightful and easy; and we do it all while scrutinizing our business with laser focus.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager dedicated to leading Far East Returns Transportation program through the implementation of large and medium scale projects and programs within the Returns ecosystem. This will be achieved through the development and implementation of a scalable retail and transportation network that represents the best customer experience available. A successful candidate will select, negotiate terms, manage retail/transportation and drive technology integration and configuration to enable new partner to function with the Amazon network.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications
· MBA or equivalent from an accredited university
· 5+ years of management experience
· Self-starter with the ability to define goals without significant management oversight
· Experience with complex problem solving and analysis
· Leadership style that builds consensus around solutions to complex problems, especially in ambiguous situations
· High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that will enable you to influence and earn trust at all levels
· A sharp focus on detail and a desire to roll up your sleeves

· Experience in Reverse Logistics, transportation and/or retail operations
· Communicate effectively with technology teams
· 2+ years in product or program management experience
