Amazon's Advertising technology team builds the technology infrastructure and ad serving systems to manage billions of advertising queries every day. The result is better quality advertising for publishers and more relevant ads for customers. Our infrastructure supports millions of Internet users and handles billions of queries per day, all delivered in milliseconds. Our data platform processes massive data sets to develop business intelligence and analytics that are critical for the efficiency and profitability of our advertising business.
Amazon Publisher Services (APS), a core part of Amazon's Advertising business, helps publishers of all sizes increase monetization and yield. Through its marketplaces (Transparent Ad Marketplace and Unified Ad Marketplace), APS provides publishers with convenient access to both Amazon demand as well as diverse, high-quality third-party programmatic demand (3PPD).
The 3PPD team is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will bring to market and scale high-impact advertising products that support our 3P demand customers, improve monetization for publishers, and accelerate the growth rate of Amazon Publisher Services. It is really Day One for APS, and this role will provide you the opportunity to define and drive the next generation of Amazon's advertising program.

Responsibilities
· Work closely with our 3P bidder customers, Engineering, Legal, Business Development, Account Management, Program Managers, and Marketing teams to improve the adoption and long-term value of APS.
· Own and improve the product features and integration document for 3P bidders across multiple supply types and formats.
· Use customer feedback, market trends, business initiatives, and data analyses to define the roadmap priorities and timelines.
· Drive our most important product initiatives end to end (ideation to adoption) to realize the full benefit for our demand customers.
· Collaborate with publisher (supply-side) product managers on a coordinated execution plan that will enable us to move quickly, focus on customer needs, and drive operational excellence.
· Develop a shared understanding of the architecture and the technology of Amazon's ad products and collaborate with cross-organizational engineering teams to deliver success.
· Evangelize your product vision to senior management and diverse stakeholders through deep ad systems knowledge, customer research, hands-on data analysis, and industry expertise.
· Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of issues for our customers.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
· 5+ years of product management experience in the Internet or enterprise software space
· 2+ years of experience working directly in the advertising or ad tech space
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
