The Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) Knowledge Management (KM) team creates, maintains, and delivers Knowledge Center (KC) content and training for SDS contact center associates that support Drivers (Off-Road and On-Road), Recipients (customers) with escalated Amazon delivery issues, shippers, and property managers / storage owners. SDS KM also creates and maintains customer-facing Help content for products and services, like Amazon Key and Hub.

The SDS KM Team is looking for a Training Delivery Manager to lead teams in Asia Pacific (Philippines and Japan) who is a strong people leader, skilled program leader, great communicator, and innovator. The Training Delivery Manager will lead and manage a team of Training Specialists located at Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) contact centers in Philippines and Japan.

Core competencies of the role include:
· Collaborate with both local and global stakeholders to support learning programs and initiatives
· Scheduling large-scale training initiatives, tracking training completion, and reporting out on training progress
· Foster the development and success of Training Specialists through all stages of the lifecycle of the employee
· Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies through collaboration with Content Development and Instructional Design
· React quickly and effectively to changing business needs and priorities
· Drive best practices for training delivery across all processes
· Document and communicate success and impact to key stakeholders
· Support SDS Knowledge Management goals and initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field
· 3+ years previous experience managing a team in a training and development or related field
· Experience facilitating training in a business environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
· Experience with learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools, virtual training tools and social learning systems
· English- business or native level in writing, speaking, reading and listening skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and earn trust from all stakeholders
