Amazon Seller Services India offers services to sellers to grow multi-channel commerce. See http://services.amazon.in for details of products and services in India. As Sales Associate, you will get an opportunity to be part of Seller Affiliates team and drive team operations.

The candidate is expected to work directly with sellers and own programs to ensure high quality acquisitions for the channel. The person will also drive processes to improve Seller Performance metrics for the channel. To be successful in this role, you should have superior communication, presentation and organizational skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, you will work autonomously taking control and responsibility for achieving the objectives of the role. A person in this role is expected to have the ability to identify unmet seller needs and drive campaigns with partners to close such gaps, an appetite for technology applications, and negotiation and organizational skills. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.
This position is based in Bangalore, India.

Role and Responsibilities
As Sales Associate, you will have the following key responsibilities –
· Conceptualizing and executing key seller acquisition programs for the channel
· Managing and coordinating with partners to ensure quality acquisition for Seller Affiliates Channel
· Drive programs & initiatives on ground to deliver results for the organization.
· Analyze metrics to ensure improvements in our processes and achieve best seller experience
Coordinate with internal Amazon teams and drive efficiency across different stages in seller's life cycle

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree required.
· 1+ years of experience in an operational role preferred.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows based applications
· Demonstrated Analytical ability, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
· Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
· Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.
· Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
