Amazon Robotics is looking for a Quality Engineer that will have several responsibilities focused on PSR (Problem Service Reports), DMR (Discrepancy Material Reports) and other non-conforming databases and assigning disposition. They will act as a liaison between 3QA (3rd Party Quality Assurance), 3PA (3rd Party Assemblers), DE (Deployment Engineering), Metering Centers and other drop ship product contacts. They will also help prepare quality metrics quality metrics, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and monthly quality reviews.

Responsibilities
· Work with 3QA's and disposition DMR's. Update inspection documentation as needed with the latest ECO or limit sample pictures.
· Engage with 3PA's and Deployment Engineering on PSR's while engaging suppliers or Amazon Robotics internal teams to drive resolution.
· Engage with people at the Metering Centers (MC's) to train or help them understand the rules, regulations and quality needs to correct ongoing or systemic issues.
· Will help prepare Quality Reviews (QR's), including analyzing monthly supplier reports and summarizing trends and offering next steps or ideas to improve the situation.
· MRB backup will have the ability to operate MRB (Material Review Boards) area when MRB coordinator is unavailable.
· Will become a back-up for the CMM (Coordinate Measure Machine) and will engage in training classes to learn basic set-up, use and programming.
· Will use Agile and Tableau to report data and metrics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge or experience with statistics to develop and understand data trends
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to meet deadlines on projects, programs, or tactical directives.
· Excel and Word experience
