DESCRIPTION

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will have the chance to help influence the development of a new product from the earliest stages. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast paced start-up like environment and want to invent the future. Our team is looking for a QAE to participate in the development of a new customer-facing product. As a small team that moves quickly, we are looking for someone who is flexible, motivated to span across multiple and diverse areas, excited by challenges, and has a "get it done" attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in both hardware and software QA.

The role:
· Work closely with our designers and developers to understand the overall technical architecture, define test cases and fill in requirements where needed
· Find innovative ways to stress test and prove out the functionality that our future customers care about
· Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our products
· Be a proponent of automation and work to enhance our test automation capabilities through scripting and other software tools
· Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution using our tracking tools

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
· 3+ years of experience in quality assurance (hardware and/or software)
· Experience writing requirements, defining test cases, and writing test plans Experience in scripting and test automation
