Position Title: Programmer Analyst II
Location: Seattle, Washington
Position Responsibilities:
Build, enhance, and extend technology solutions that manage the employee life-cycle for thousands of employees around the world. Partner with customers across global HR and Payroll organizations to design and implement the best possible solutions in a uniquely challenging global environment. Leverage delivered PeopleSoft functionality. Developing and support custom functionality in support of various solutions with variety of technologies that may include PeopleTools, PL/SQL, Java, Perl, OBIEE, and Actuate. Design, develop & deliver high quality software solutions for HR & Payroll customers to meet a wide variety of business needs. Operationalize, support and maintain HR & Payroll systems and interfaces for Amazon.com and subsidiaries. Combine innovation with industry best practices to provide the best possible solutions using the most appropriate technologies. Push the limits of third-party software through innovative design and delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, or as a Computer Systems Analyst, Software Engineer or Developer, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1.) PeopleSoft development, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR; (2.) working with relational databases; (3.) utilizing SQL or related; and (4.) working with HR and payroll systems and concepts.
