Amazon Pharmacy is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and experience to own and manage strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects to deliver on being the earth’s most customer centric pharmacy. This role will require influencing business and software teams across the company to prioritize projects which support both new products/programs and existing operations. Our goal is to improve and enhance the Amazon Pharmacy Partner Service operation to ultimately drive the best customer experience in the safest, most reliable and cost-efficient manner.
A successful candidate enjoys diving into issues, identifying and documenting trends, and recommending solutions while raising visibility to leadership. The successful candidate will earn trust with operations, product, and tech and influence new features and product investments. This individual will be a strong leader who can think critically, connect the dots, use data to make trade-offs, have a strong bias for action, and the ability to organize and deliver new initiatives involving leadership across cross-functional operations, software development, business, and external partners is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will have a proven record of program delivery, from conception and design through implementation, measurement, closure and handover.
· Support the scope and delivery for complex, business critical programs end-to-end.
· Perform quality audits of operational workflows in a systematic fashion and clearly summarize findings that are meaningful and actionable.
· Gather and refine data and information to help drive business decisions, training, and metrics.
· Act as an operational lead for existing programs by providing data driven, strategic recommendations to help drive business decisions.
· Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes.
· Liaise with all departments to ensure relevant areas are engaged in time to develop deliverables.
· Support partner teams to refine processes and increase efficiency in line with program objectives.
· Track delivery against program launch objectives and implement proposals to improve program services and efficiencies.
· Maintain documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
· Ensure the maintenance of partner-relevant content that impacts operations.
· Proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment.
· Oversee operational excellence metrics, including SLA, to ensure each team is meeting operational and partner goals.
· Define innovative yet simple roadmaps based on team vision and strategy that yield high impact to growth or cost
· Drive testing and implementation plans for new features, including working across operations to ensure a smooth launch. Execute and track operational changes that support program and feature launches.
· Create mechanisms to track and report health of programs, initiatives, and answer ad hoc questions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Demonstrated ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist, and long term planner.
· Demonstrated experience and success at leading cross functional programs and proven ability to influence and lead without direct management authority.
· Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.
· PMP Certification.
· Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Perl, Unix/Linux, Visual Basic or other programming languages
· Ability to communicate effectively across a multitude of platforms with remote team members, as well as stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization.
· Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
· Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
· Can work effectively and drive change in loosely defined situations.
· Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge.
· Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Requires a University Degree.
· 2+ years of relevant work experience in project/program management and/or operations environment.
· Experience in project and program management.
· Possess the ability to quickly assess the situation and identify solutions to improve/fix deliverables based on project milestones.
· 3+ years’ experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Suite (including Excel, Google docs, etc) is required, including use of lookups and pivot tables.
· Background in healthcare operations.
· Focus on the customer and strives to raise the bar; has a strong work ethic and works well independently as well as within a team environment
· Motivated and leads by example; collaborates with others and voices their opinion on solutions instead of focusing on the problem.
