Our goal is to become the Infrastructure Platform for the world. The Infrastructure organization within AWS is responsible for creating an optimized supply-chain platform that delivers all of Amazon's storage and compute capacity at the lowest possible cost.

Within the Infrastructure Supply Chain (ISCaP) org, the Data Center Capacity Planning team is responsible for planning and triggering incremental data center builds. The candidate will have a proven track record for taking end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Your scope of ownership is global availability and utilization of networking infrastructure. Specific responsibilities within that scope are to:
· Design and implement standard operational procedures (SOP) for network capacity planning;
. Communicate and coordinate with sister areas (Infra Delivery, NW Scaling, SC-Procurement, DCCP Cluster Planning) on execution of capacity provisioning;
. Executing a program roadmap, designed to reduce operational bottlenecks, and eliminate judgment where it's not needed, based on data;
· Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, roadmap, financial, and/or technical goals;
· Coordinate the execution of pilot projects and manage the rollout of new solutions.
