SPS Program Auditor (L4)

The Selling Partner Services (SPS), program which seek to improve the customer experience on Amazon.com by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. Our team invents and innovates across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and enable scalable global solutions.
The SPS Quality team is responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end process audits and mechanisms that ensure defect free work for our Selling Partners (SPs) and end consumers. The Program Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring defect free work for selling partners by executing quality audits by following designed audit processes. They will also help to refine and optimize quality audit processes through understanding and application of lean and Six Sigma methodologies to continuously improve program quality.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused and team oriented, with outstanding communication skills and an acute attention to detail. This role will challenge you to build a continuous improvement culture across the organization by working backwards from SPs, holding partner teams accountable and driving long term solutions for our customers.
Specific duties:
· Conduct daily auditing of processes based using existing quality audit processes
· Refine existing quality audit processes and make recommendations to close process gaps
· Populate and analyze quality audit reporting to identify areas for improvement
· Leverage lean and Six Sigma exercises to optimize value streams across the organization.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Lean/Six Sigma/Toyota Kata/Kaizen experience.
· Experience with business analysis and expertise in Excel
· Proficiency with Tableau
· Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast-paced environment
· Sound business judgement and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
· Experience delivering results in a global organization, with an ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Management Information Systems, Operations, or Statistics.
· Demonstrated ability to build, improve and follow standard operating procedures.
· Basic understanding of root cause analysis techniques.
· 2+ years experience in program or project management
