DESCRIPTION

Amazon's advertising design and user experience team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed production designer to create pixel perfect eCommerce advertising experiences across Amazon.com, Kindle and Mobile.

Your primary focus will be to design visually compelling and effective advertising creative for internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with product, sales and marketing teams to create and bring ideas to life to help drive new business. Prior experience in an agency or media environment creating advertisements for global brands is required.

Responsibilities
• Design beautiful and engaging advertising creative for the world's leading advertisers.
• Understand usability principles that help drive successful design.
• Create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
• Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience and creative assets into advertising designs.
• Design cohesive ad campaigns across multiple platforms including desktop, mobile and Kindle.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years experience as production/visual/graphic designer.
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong art direction, visual design skills is a requirement for application work. (Please include its link on your resume)
•To approve the required assessment, evaluated by Hiring Manager's discretion.
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions
• High proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Able to deal with ambiguity
• Strong time management skills and team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Self-starter with Bias for action who is a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
• Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
