Position Overview:
The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) function is responsible for maintaining the product records for Amazon Robotics systems. We are looking for a Change Analyst with a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle and Engineering Change Management Processes. They will control activities to ensure that documentation releases and changes follow proper processes within the PLM (Agile) system. They must be comfortable working cross-functionally and have the ability to produce results working independently. They will manage ECO log/aging report and facilitate internal ECO reviews and escalate approvals as required. They will create training material and deliver training and support to the Agile PLM user community.
The PLM Change Analyst will be responsible for:
· Managing the approval routing processes within Agile for all Engineering Change activities
· Assisting Engineering in the clerical review of documentation packages for completeness and accuracy prior to release or revision
· Generating metrics that define the performance of the Change Analysis process
· Minimizing the amount of time required to take a Change through the process from creation to fully implemented
· Performing various general Document Control services as assigned by direct supervision
· Maintaining a high level of information accuracy and data integrity through all aspects of the change process
· Running the Change Control Board (CCB) process to ensure high process quality, adherence to policy, and proper implementation of all changes
· Owning the performance of the PLM processes and drive continuous improvement efforts.
· Working closely with Oracle Agile PLM System administrators to identify opportunities for improved application configurations and business processes.
· Provide guidance to PLM user community on PLM best practices.
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Hands-on experience with PLM systems, knowledge of Agile is highly preferred.
· Familiar with complex products and BOMs structures
· Logical problem solver. Able to see the "big picture" and present all relevant impacts of an ECO.
· Excellent written, oral communication and organizational skills.
· Present a service-oriented attitude to all levels of personnel. Must be assertive, yet diplomatic.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent time management skills, able to work independently, and prioritize tasks for self
