DESCRIPTION

Sizmek by Amazon is seeking an exceptional Principal TPM to lead programs and major initiatives across Sizmek, and in partnership with other Amazon teams.

As Principal TPM, your responsibilities will include owning the overall roadmap, producing regular status updates, and diving deep to resolve issues as they arise. You will work in partnership with the Sizmek executive team to continually improve program management across the organisation. You will scope, plan and deliver complex technical projects which span multiple teams across Sizmek and Amazon.

Sizmek product and engineering is mostly located in Herzliya (Israel), Krakow (Poland) and Edinburgh (UK), and this role can be based in any of these locations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of AWS big data platforms preferred but not required.
· Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
· Experience with enterprise-grade applications and tools.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience)
· Engineering, product development, analytics or other relevant experience.
· Proven stakeholder management and alignment skills.
· Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
· Clear, concise, accurate communication (both verbal and written with audiences of varying technical abilities and business contexts).
· A strong data-driven mentality and prioritization framework, to ensure focus on the highest impact work.
· Able to dive deeply into both technical details and business needs.
· Experience working with engineering teams to deliver products.
