In the Amazon Business Strategy and Growth leader position for the Commercial Vertical, you will innovate and build solutions on behalf of our Commercial customers. Commercial customers span from Real Estate to Automotive to Food Service and Hospitality and everything in-between. (Customers excluded from the Commercial vertical are our government, nonprofit, healthcare, and education clients). At Amazon we think big and always look to invent and simplify for our customers. Key Responsibilities include:
·Develop Strategy: Develop new initiatives that drive growth and adoption and solve customer and sub-vertical industry needs; you will work cross-functionally to implement them. Topics/needs can span across sales and marketing, selection and pricing, procurement, commerce and technology components, delivery and fulfillment, and big data.
·Lead Implementation: Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Tech, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Tax, and Accounting on delivering customer facing solutions and Go-To-Market plans to achieve/exceed objectives
·Plans to Scale: Develop best practices to scale, foster, manage, track and measure opportunities' success both within the US and globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· 7+ years of experience in a combination of strategy, growth, business development, product management, marketing, and/or innovation roles
· 5+ years of experience in marketing, selling, or management of a B2B product or service
· 5+ years of experience in either P&L ownership of a B2B product or service, leading GTM strategies, or Innovation
