Within Alexa Entertainment, we are growing our Speech Recognition and Natural Language Understanding team to expand and improve the voice experience. You will be the PM responsible for defining our roadmap, working closely with our engineers, scientists, and other internal partners to deliver a world class voice experience on Alexa, helping customers get the most out of every moment they engage with the content they love -- every day, on all devices, from all the world's creators and services.

Key Responsibilities:
· Write product documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams
· Contribute to the overall product roadmap, and manage prioritization and trade-offs against developer experience, customer experience, and time to market
· Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
· Work closely with science and engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market
· Establish business processes as well as metrics and indicators for success
· Measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers
· Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree with a technical discipline
· 10+ years of professional experience
· 5+ years of software product management experience
· Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/services and projects on tight deadlines
· Experience coordinating product development cycles, software development schedules, and launching products to customers
