We're looking for an outstanding system integration engineer with experience in the bring-up, testing and analysis of safe, distributed aerial robotic systems. This person should be comfortable interfacing with engineers and managers across multiple functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems and mechatronics, with specific focus in real-time applications, electronic sensors and actuators as they relate to aerospace systems.

This position is a great fit for the ‘curious' engineer who thrives in ambiguous environments and loves learning about new systems and technology.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
· 4+ years experience building, integrating or testing distributed embedded systems
· General proficiency with the physical dynamics and functional design of robotic systems
· Experience with at least one systems programming language—C/C++ preferred
· Strong cross-disciplinary background with basic competency in mechanics, heat transfer, power systems and analog signals
· Strong proficiency analyzing digital signal protocols using standard hardware and custom software tooling
· Experience developing written integration and test plans for complex systems
