Amazon`s EU Middle Mile Multi-Use team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to help in developing the roadmap for Multi-Use operations within Sort Centers. This role is to support current co-locations within the Network, as well as develop strategies, identify tool requirements and operationalize new processes to seamlessly scale additional multi-use operations. This position will be responsible for coordinating all multi-use process innovation, while collaborating with all key stakeholders including the Customer Fulfillment, Amazon Logistics, Amazon Heavy Bulky, Supply Chain, Process Engineering and Reverse Logistics teams.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:
· High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
· Focus and passion for high quality standards and thinking forward on mechanisms to reduce defects
· Analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
· Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality
· Strong track record of team leadership within a large scale rapid and process driven environment
· Strong change management and implementation experience, including a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with high levels of management
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), fluency in English is required

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree is required
· 5+ years experience in program/project management
· Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs/projects with multiple stakeholders
· Fluency in English and another European language
· 2 + years of leadership experience in a front-line customer support environment
· Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
· SQL skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Able to travel 25%-50% of time
