Amazon Imaging is searching for a highly skilled and multi-tasking Production Coordinator to provide support to the Photo Studio booking team. The Photo Studio Production Coordinator will maintain photography and talent databases, coordinator paperwork for all new incoming talent as directed by the Producers, assist with invoicing and financial tracking, distribute call sheets, and enter information into the studio's scheduling tool. The Photo Studio Production Coordinator will also partner with operations associates to monitor incoming merchandise in order to balance crew schedules with merchandise demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES * Balance crew schedules with merchandising demands, working within an established budget to accommodate the rapidly changing personnel details essential to keeping the studio functioning * Maintain Production Calendar * Maintain up to date talent databases of external freelancers * Compile information for the casting and talent selection process * Act as a studio concierge for all out of town talent by coordinating transportation, accommodations, and monitoring all arrival & departure information * May support the financial tracking by assisting with invoicing and reconciling expenses * Partner with studio teams to monitor incoming merchandise flow to balance talent needs with merchandise demands * Book crew, talent, locations and production support * Partner across the team to trouble shoot and ensure that deadlines are met * Support 5S initiatives regarding studio workflow and processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required * Professional experience in a high volume, photo studio production operations * Knowledge of industry rates and booking procedures of freelance talent * Full understanding of photo crew roles and responsibilities * Ability to continuously manage multiple high priority tasks * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with management and outside vendors * Knowledge of commercial studio workflow * Proficient working knowledge of Mac and PC computing platforms, including Microsoft Office * Proficiency with database management tools * Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines * Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
