DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Specialist will drive acquisition and engagement of Amazon Assistant by driving organic marketing initiatives. Primary duties will include create the full content calendar for 1) onsite ad presence (seasonal messaging, emails, house ads, event page ads, social ads) and 2) AA gateway promotions (new-to-gl, one-off messaging cards, analysis of feedback), and 3) customer feedback.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Assist in creating a rich content feed channel within the Assistant gateway by onboarding new partners, executing promotions, and optimizing engagement based on available data.
· Develop, execute, and optimize the messaging strategy for onsite ads to drive new users of Amazon Assistant.
· Manage and monitor customer feedback channels for the product, analyzing the sentiment and drawing key insights.
· Provide complete performance reporting and analysis for your channels of ownership, taking relevant action with the insights you gain.
· Demonstrate ability to deliver results at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems)
· Establish and execute against aggressive operational and business metrics.
· Dive deep into data and identify important and actionable business intelligence.
· Be a customer advocate, a consummate evangelist for the program, and lead by example with relentlessly high standards.
· Contribute ideas for how we make product improvements for customers, and solicit ideas from other knowledgeable stakeholders.
