This position will be responsible for owning 2-3 service queues of operations while leading and developing a team (approx. 12-14) of bright and high performing associates, ensuring successful delivery of business goals, effective people management and adherence of productivity and quality assurance. This role is expected to be thorough on every metric & parameter of the service queues under the portfolio including workload forecast & resource planning, have a deep business understanding which impact the portfolio and the associate team and juggle multiple prioritize to drive process related efficiencies, including automation. A key part of the role will also be to manage senior stakeholders & customers of the portfolio, handle all escalations, and present reviews by writing business documents.
Be the SME of your service queues and the first point of solution for any operational problem. Manage the key stakeholders & customers independently by delivering on the stated needs and sensing the unstated needs to delight the customer experience.
Drive quality management system through creating/enhancing SOPs. Keep raising the bar in driving efficiency of the portfolio. Define, measure and present operating metrics to Senior Management Identify areas of automation, write business and functional requirements and manage implementation by working with the business, operations, and technical teams Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Provides on-going floor support and feedback to localization specialists with a focus on improving productivity and quality of the team Relentlessly works to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business solutions for the Localization team.
Plan capacity and commit to volume by managing resources / infrastructure, queue, and cross training.
Anticipate bottlenecks and blockers, assess risks, mitigate issues, and troubleshooting as needed
Provide professional leadership to associates while also developing a positive team morale.
Assign appropriate challenging work to employees to develop & prepare them for larger roles.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· MBA from a reputed institute. Certification in project management
· Exposure to working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technology.
· Lean, Six Sigma, Process Excellence Certification & Exposure
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Basic qualitfication: Post-Graduation with 7+ years of experience in a business Program Management/Project Management role, of which 3+ years in people management.
· Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) application
· Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and a passion for delivering great customer experience is required
· Proven attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
· Expert understanding of operations and driving a team towards productivity & quality target on a daily basis
· Demonstrated skill to track performance with intelligent dashboards and identify early signals of problems.
· Ability to dive deep on numbers and arrive at root cause and then devise plan to fix it for good.
· Ability to manage conflicting priorities at work- capability to work on several projects in parallel.
· Should have demonstrated high ownership and developed & deployed process improvements to eliminate pain points
· Should be able to operate fairly independently and displays autonomy and discretion at work
· Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner
· Should have illustrated proactivity to maintain and encourage excellent discipline at work.
