アマゾン ジャパンGSO（グローバル・セキュリティ・オペレーションズ）チームでは、ロスプリベンションマネージャーを募集しています。

ロスプリベンションマネージャーは、アマゾンの大型物流拠点「フルフィルメントセンター(FC)」、およびアマゾンの自社配送事業（AMZL）が運営管理する「デリバリーステーション（DS）」のセキュリティ管理と、アマゾンの会社資産（生命、建物、設備、データ、および知的財産）の保護を効率的かつ効果的に提供するための取り組みを推進します。

ロスプリベンションマネージャーは、弊社オペレーション部門の主要メンバーであり、FCやDSチームはじめ各種組織横断型チームと協力します。高度なタクトとプロ意識を持って社内ポリシーやセキュリティ関連手順の遵守を推し進める必要があります。

主な職務内容:
· メトリクス（データ）を使っての業績の追跡、管理、および報告の強化、的確かつタイムリーな改善計画を策定する
· 社内外における盗難や詐欺案件について聞き込みを行う等の調査をネットワークで牽引する
· 盗難案件のみならず潜在的および実際に職場で発生した暴力案件などを含むセキュリティ事件に対しネットワークで効果的な対応をする
· セキュリティ部門のPOC(連絡担当者)およびセキュリティの専門家として機能する
· 必要な承認や財務上および技術上のリソースを受けて、チーム全体でプロジェクトを推進する
· ネットワーク全体でのプロセス改善や効率化、品質向上を推進する
· 社内ポリシーおよび関係法律を遵守するためのセキュリティ監査の実施、および不適箇所の是正をネットワークで管理する
· アクセスコントロールの手順管理および関連技術・設備の維持に関わるネットワークリード
· 警備員オペレーションの監督とセキュリティサービスプロバイダ管理の全体最適化
· セキュリティサービスおよび関連機器の予算計画、および管理をする
· 部下の育成・採用と、チーム力強化

The Loss Prevention Manager leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset (lives, buildings, equipment, data, analysis & intellectual property) protection to Fulfillment Center (FC) and AMZL's Delivery Station (DS) within the assigned location. The Loss Prevention Manager is a key member of the operations organization, working with the FC/DS Operational teams as well as cross functional teams throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities include:
· Enhance, track, and report on metrics which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner
· Lead region-wide investigations of internal and external theft and fraud and conduct interviews when appropriate
· Effectively address security incidents at region-wide level including potential and actual work place violence incidents per policy as well as conduct testing of the incident response plans
· Serve as department’s liaison and security subject matter expert
· Develop business cases of entire team, which receive the required approval, financial and technical resources, and the support of appropriate management to enact desired changes
· Drive process improvements and increase efficiency at nation-wide level
· Lead network security audits for complying internal policies and government law, and those corrections
· Supervise access control procedures and related technologies maintenance
· Supervise security guard operation and managing security service providers
· Plan budget and control for security services and related equipment
· Developing and hiring member and building strong team

【勤務体系】
カレンダー制の日勤勤務。現状カレンダー通り土日祝日がお休みとなっておりますが、将来的に変更となる可能性があります。※頻繁な国内出張が発生します。

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 警察等の法執行機関、資産保全、内部監査・統制、リスク管理、在庫管理、品質管理等の分野における監査や調査、分析、改善の経験
· フィジカルセキュリティやロスプリベンション業務の経験3年以上
· 工場や物流倉庫等で工程管理や品質、改善等オペレーション管理の経験3年以上
· 顧客サービス視点で考え動く環境での経験3年以上
· 侵入検知装置（IDS）やアクセス制御システム、監視カメラ（CCTVs回線）等セキュリティ機器に関する知識
· SQLなどのデータベース（照会および分析）に精通していること

· Experience in law enforcement, asset protection, audit, risk management, inventory control, quality assurance, or other related field
· 3+ years’ experience in physical security / loss prevention
· 3+ years’ experience in a customer service driven environment
· Familiarity with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and CCTVs
· Familiarity with data bases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, Access, Exception Based Reporting, etc.

· 学士号、もしくは同等レベルの職務経験
· 社会人経験10年以上　※セキュリティ実務経験不問
· 社内不正・不祥事調査対応や、内部統制評価・構築の経験3年以上
· プロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
· 部下の管理経験3年以上
· 職場暴力の対応やBCP（事業継続計画）担当の経験
· クライアントの課題に対し、創造力に富むソリューションを提案し、問題解決ができること
· マルチタスク、優先順位づけに優れ、ハイスピードで不確実性が高く曖昧模糊（あいまいもこ）とした環境の中でも自立し効率的に問題解決を遂行できること
· 多くの関係者を巻き込んでプロジェクトをけん引できる、現場に落とし込めること
· 優れたプレゼン力と定量的に物事を説明する力
· ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
· 中級レベル以上の英語力
· Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, 関数など)を用いてデータ照会および分析ができること
· 国内転勤の承諾、国内外出張の承諾

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
· 10+ years’ work experience *professional security experience not required
· 3+ years’ experience in factory, logistics and warehouse operations
· 3+ years’ experience in project management
· 3+ years’ experience in people management
· Workplace Violence and/or Business Continuity experience
· Strong project manager and effective problem-solver who can develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet or exceed the client expectations
· Results oriented leader that possesses strong influencing skill and is comfortable working in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
· Engage and influence multiple stakeholders, get their inputs and buy-ins and lead projects to successful implementation
· Excellent presentation and quantitatively explanation skill
· Business Level or better Japanese
· Intermediate or better English
· Data handling and analytical skills using Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulasなど)
· Able to travel domestic/international and to relocate (domestic)
