Work hard, have fun, and make history working with Amazon's Legal Department. We are looking for a smart and motivated individual to coordinate our enterprise wide training program and provide administrative assistance to our Compliance and Customer Trust team.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. The Compliance and Customer Trust team manages a number of trainings across the company and this role will be instrumental in managing the training program, developing materials, and coordinating with our learning management system vendor.

In addition, you must be a strong written and verbal communicator, with great attention to detail, and must be able to work independently in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, is essential. This position involves working with attorneys, business owners, and external parties.

Responsibilities include:
· administering a company-wide learning management system for training on various legal topics;
· functioning as the main operational point of contact with Amazon's learning management system vendor;
· developing and maintaining custom completion reports for compliance training;
· providing customer service and technical troubleshooting help for global learners;
· drafting correspondence;
· coordinating agreement approvals and execution;
· tracking documents;
