DESCRIPTION

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE
1. Deliver high quality software solutions for global HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits customers to meet business needs.

2. Operationalize, support and maintain HR systems and integrations for Amazon.com and subsidiaries. Build, enhance, and extend technology solutions that manage the employee life-cycle.
3. Partner with customers across global HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits organizations to design and implement solutions. Leverage delivered Workday functionality.
4. Design and deliver innovative third-party software.
5. Develop and support custom functionality in support of various solutions with technologies, including Workday Report Writer and Integration tools such as EIB's, Cloud Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Business Intelligence Reporting tool (BIRT), Java and other technologies, such as Web Services, XML, XSLT, and JSON, SQL.
6. Assist in designing and developing data models by analyzing Workday's object-oriented structure and Legacy system model.
7. Develop Custom Reports of different types (Advanced, Matrix, Trending), including complex calculated fields, class report fields and dashboards to analyze Amazon HCM Suite Metrics.
8. Develop both outbound and inbound interfaces by creating and customizing REST & SOAP API's in a sophisticated manner.

9. Combine innovation with industry practices to provide solutions using the appropriate technologies.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, and one year of experience in the job offered or one year of experience in a software development-related occupation. In the alternative, Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a software development-related occupation.

Must include one year of experience with each of the following:

(1) Workday Core Connectors
(2) Workday Studio Integrations
(3) Workday Custom Reports
(4) Workday Calculated Fields
(5) Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
(6) Workday Packaged Integrations & Payroll Integrations
(7) Java-based web services SOAP and REST
(8) XML, XSLT and XPath
