Imaging Associate - Retoucher (3 months contract)

DESCRIPTION

Digital Imaging Services is looking for a skilled Retoucher for a period of 3 months with knowledge in creating color deviations for products, using color theory.

Romania Digital Imaging Services team is part of Amazon Imaging and represents a global organization that enables customers to make informed purchasing decisions, drive discovery, engagement and trust through product imagery, videos, 3D and graphics. Every item in Amazon's catalog should have a set of visual representations that
characterize the product accurately and are visually appealing, enabling the customer to receive at their doorstep exactly what they expect upon an order.

Job Description

· Perform retouch for digitally-submitted images on the Global Amazon websites against Amazon's standards by using Photoshop.
· Understand and interact with Amazon systems and tools.
· Follow documented processes for retrieving, retouching and uploading product images from a variety of sources.
· Perform other tasks as required to support the publication of a high volume of high-quality images for Amazon sites.
· Recognize, facilitate, resolve and drive improvements of existing tools.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Advanced Photoshop skills required (understand color theory and determine the appropriate color deviations techniques required to obtain other target colors for products) ;
· Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment;
· Maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external customers;
· Good verbal and written English skills.
