We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Fulfillment Team as an ICQA Analyst.

This can be a virtual position but will require 25% travel.

As ICQA Analyst you will be responsible for:
· Monitor KPIs regarding accuracy and integrity of Quality and Inventory transactions.
· Review and analyze defect data, while developing corresponding action plans to reduce and eliminate root causes.
· On a daily, weekly and monthly basis: develop and execute action plans for count execution, increasing quality, inventory accuracy and service satisfaction.
· Partner with Management in the communication and auditing of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance policies and procedures
· To build up an understanding of inventory systems and processes, and to provide assistance, innovation and expertise for problem-solving wherever you can.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Familiarity with WMS systems
· Experience using SQL or other programming languages
· Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy a plus, but not required
· Excellent communication skills

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 1+ year of experience in a related field
· Advanced computer skills in MS Office products especially Excel.
· Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
