DESCRIPTION

Effectively engage, partner and consult with recruiting partners to meet the talent acquisition needs for the organization; support the continued development talent assessment skills within the organization - ensuring a commitment to finding, growing and retaining talent

· Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, performance, and retention
·
· Provide coaching to develop leaders and managers
·
· Consult with managers on employee performance and development activities
·
· Assess leadership and employee development training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate
·
· Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
·
· Provide leadership, work collaboratively on teams, and consult effectively and independently with all levels across the organization

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3 to 5 years' experience in the areas of HR, or employee engagement
· Post graduate degree in HR from a premiere college.
· Strong communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders
· Hands-on approach
· Success in creating, driving and program managing effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
· Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
· Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions independently
