We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (m/f) in our CS HR team in Berlin to support the Virtual Customer Service organization.
This role is temporary for a limited period of time as a replacement for maternity leave.

The HR Business Partner is a full-time role primarily responsible and accountable for providing an operational, value-add and best in class HR service to the Virtual Customer Service teams as well as driving and implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives. The HR Business Partner reports into the HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

· Act as a consultant to the Amazon Management Team and provide input on the HR implications of business decisions and plans

· Coach and mentor leaders within the CS organization
·
· Implement initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations and communications to build up a “Great Place to work”
·
· Develop new innovative shift models and create flexible working time models
·
· Develop and implement HR processes and structures
·
· Focus on continuous improvement and share best practice with other Customer Support HR organizations as appropriate and co-ordination with e.g. Finance and Payroll
·
· Collaborate with HR Partners from Stock and Compensation & Benefit teams
·
· Drive key HR projects in people development, performance, employee engagement, recruiting & staffing
·
· Liaise with other business departments

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors' degree in business, HR, or related field is required
·
· 3+ years HR experience in Human Resources within an international fasted paced customer driven environment preferably working with client groups in an operations setting.
·
· Fluent English and German skills are essential
·
· Very good expertise in German labor law
·
· Experienced in collaborating with a works council
·
· Demonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors
·
· Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make best use of limited resources
·
· Decision Making/Complex Problem Solving- proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources; conducts root cause
