In this role you will:
· Be a key part of designing propulsion systems for new Prime Air vehicles
· Work closely with hardware and firmware teams to optimize our propulsion systems
· Create and improve the firmware behind our electromechanical devices
· Be a strong communicator for both spoken and written communications and have the ability to be an independent and highly motivated individual

Export Control License
This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon's ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree in Physics, EE, Aeronautics, Materials Science, Robotics, Mech. Eng or related field
· Must have experience Designing hardware for rugged environments
· Must have experience designing high power electronics
· Experience with BLDC motors and electronic speed controllers
