DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Gift Card business is a multi-billion dollar global business, creating and enhancing multiple stored value products sold globally through a variety of channels, including the Amazon website, direct corporate sales, retail stores, and other partnerships. The Corporate Gift Cards channel is a fast growing business through which Amazon sells gift cards to corporate clients (Amazon Incentives) and distributes Amazon gift cards and balance products through in grocery, pharma, convenience and other retail channels (Brick & Mortar). To facilitate the continued growth of our products in the offline channel, we are looking for a talented, creative and data-driven In-Stock Program Manager to support global production for our Brick & Mortar (B&M) and Incentives (B2B) physical gift card business.
We work with an array of distribution partners to sell Amazon Gift Card products in hundreds of thousands of offline retail stores, as well as through corporate partners as incentives, all around the world. Our B&M and B2B cards are top selling and fast moving in all classes of trade and programs where they are available. We print our physical gift cards in a network of global printers to support these channels in North America, Europe, Japan and Australia (and continue to expand to new countries).
Our In-Stock Manager, will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to help develop and ensure adherence to our global GC production plan, optimizing runs and inventory levels, and providing the global GC team with visibility into all phases of the production and delivery cycles. He or she will also help ensure adherence to defined security and quality requirements. This data-driven manager will have a solid understanding of offline retail supply chains and distribution models and excitement for program management and process improvement, along with stellar analytical and communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
· Support the development of a global production plan for physical GCs.
· Manage the GC data creation and mapping process with global printer partners.
· Manage adherence to the global production plan and action exceptions and/or adjustments to plan.
· Report against production and inventory KPIs, with data driven explanations for hits and misses.
· Ensure adherence to quality standards and distributor partner product specifications. Manage card proofing for all print orders.
· Maintain the B&M Point of Sale Activated product library (all UPCs, artwork, and specifications for all versions of our gift card designs across all regions).
· Manage vendor setup within our systems (GCTools, Payee Central, Coupa, etc.).
· Submit, track and maintain purchase orders and accruals for all print orders globally.
· Maintain card data database to ensure traceability of cards within the supply chain.
· Develop process improvements for the GC production cycle.

Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree.
· 3-5 years of relevant work experience in instock management, supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing, finance or related field.
· Strong modeling skills, proficiency in working with large disparate data sets in Excel.
· Comfort with high degrees of ambiguity.
· Experience working closely with account management and finance teams.
· Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal skills coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise.
· Detail orientation with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
