DESCRIPTION

As a Business System Analyst for the Global HR Solutions (GHRS) Business Operations team, you will own the configuration and reporting functionality of our Project Management tools in Brightwork. Working with global leadership, product and program managers, you will develop and maintain ongoing metrics focused on timely and insightful performance. You will work closely with the Product Manager to strategically utilize Voice of the Customer information to gather requirements and configure the tools with a focus on improvement and productivity. Additionally, you will own related project deliverables, regular communications to stakeholders, and provide Level 2 User Support for our diverse user population.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Tool Configuration: Improve and maintain the Brightwork suite of HR Operations and Analytics Project Management tools utilizing configuration to ensure optimization of the HR Services project intake, prioritization, project, program and release management processes. This includes identification and configuration of tool improvements, workflow management, reporting design, user training, overall content management and success metrics.
· Administrative User: Provide Level 2 user support and problem resolution for our customers. Partner closely with GHRS Business Operations, HR Services Leads, GHRS Product Managers, Program Managers and Business Analysts to come up with creative solutions to delight our customers.
· Portfolio and Program Management Metrics: Work with key business partners to develop and maintain a portfolio dashboard of all projects to include: health, financials, roadmap status and priorities.
· Project Management: Develop project plans, determine resource needs, and manage project schedule. Collaborate effectively across teams to define project goals and commitment to timelines related to enhancements, testing, learning, and communications.
· Requirements and Testing: Work with Product Manager to gather clear and concise requirements for enhancement and change requests to insure the final result exceeds the expectations of our customers. Work with our Production Support Team to create test plans and insure the testing process goes smoothly.
· Communication: Provide communication to product managers, program managers, business analysts and other stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks against business and financial goals.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
· 1-2 years of experience with tool configuration
· 3-5 years of relevant business analysis experience
· Advanced knowledge of Excel
· Ability to recognize trends, assess potential impacts and partner with stakeholders to recommend solutions.
· Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations – ability to serve multiple customers and deliver a frustration-free experience.
· Experience identifying and resolving complex issues as well as taking initiative in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
