Amazon DSP (ADSP) is Amazon’s programmatic advertising product for campaign spanning Display, Video, and Audio across Amazon properties (e.g., Amazon.com, IMDb TV, Twitch, Fire TV, Amazon Music) and tens of thousands of third-party (3P) websites and apps. We seek candidates who want to join a team focused on building large-scale systems that integrate across multiple sources to provide unique advertising products. These products give advertisers the controls and data necessary to improve the relevancy and performance of their ads.
Amazon’s DSP Solutions team seeks a Senior Manager – Biz/Tech to operate the automotive vertical. Amazon DSP offers a wide variety of advertising and technical solution to automotive advertisers and agencies. We seek a senior leader to create and execute a compelling advertising vision for the automotive industry. This leader will partner with the wider product and engineering organization, while also building unique technical services specific to their vertical. This leader will operate the business through a deep understanding of key cost and revenue drivers for their vertical. Finally, they will own the packaging and messaging of Amazon’s DSP solutions into the automotive industry by bundling features into solutions. As a Senior Biz/Tech leader you will lead a cross functional team of product managers, program managers, and engineers. You will attract and retain talent across a variety of roles.
As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for:
· Overall revenue and costs of Automtive Amazon DSP Vertical – This includes meeting and exceeding financial and performance targets across multiple dimensions.
· Driving your advertisers needs into the broader product and engineering organization. As the financial services owner you must prioritize, simplify, and amplify your vertical’s needs.
· Packaging and driving adoption of the Amazon DSP features into compelling solutions for your vertical.
· Managing and developing product management and software engineering teams, prioritizing and owning your own roadmap of solutions specific to your vertical.
· Hire and develop your leadership team to scale the organization, establishing your own team from the ground-up.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· MBA
· 5+ years in digital advertising technology
· Sound business and technical judgment as well as ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize
· Strong analytical capabilities, hands-on data analysis skills a plus

Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
· 5+ years Product Management experience
· 3+ years of experience in online advertising and ad technologies
· Experience in bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment
· Demonstrated experience hiring and developing high-performing teams
· Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must effectively communicate with tech and non-tech teams.
· Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire team
