Job Posting: Flow Meister, Tier III, Outbound

The Flow Meister is a full-time position that works out of the Operations Control Center. The position supports all outbound departments to monitor and control the flow of work through all process paths.

Key Job Elements:
• Monitors virtual tools and physical systems (DC-View, web cams, flow meter, BOSS system, conveyors, Crisplant sorter, etc.) to identify variances or interruptions in outbound Flow.
• Uses appropriate tools to monitor shipment conditions and engages appropriate personnel to insure Fast Track and Premium shipments are processed in time to meet critical pull times.
• Engages the shift operations manager, area managers, and process assistants to provide timely and consistent communications.
• Conducts cross-departmental communications with SNOC, Maintenance, and Security according to defined protocol.
• Updates and interprets various production metrics using tools such as MS Excel, Tera Term, DC-View, web-based reports, and others.
• Maintains logs of maintenance, system and Flow issues that impact production.
• Understands how to facilitate Picking and Crisplant using Batch tools and DC-View.
• Actively engages in these functions as directed by the Shift Ops and Area Managers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
• Understanding of outbound Flow variables
• Experience with and able to achieve proficiency with Amazon business tools (MS Excel, Tera Term, DC-View, web-based reports, etc.)
• Continued meeting or exceeding of department performance goals
