The Profit Intelligence (PI) Finance team is seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to be part of a team that delivers innovative solutions for our global consumer finance organization to improve financial analysis, business decisions, profitability, and planning at an unprecedented scale. This role is one of the best places to learn the broad Consumer business and will have a unique view, insight, and exposure globally. The financial information that PI Finance produces is used by the global Consumer Finance organization and this role will be at the front lines building tools to keep our customers better informed. Diving deep into business and finance drivers and translating into simple and actionable feedback. This role will be the Subject Matter Expert of how our processes and systems work and will build tools to improve our customer experience.
A successful candidate will have the freedom to think big, innovate, and create new processes and mechanisms to drive controllership that impact all retail businesses worldwide. A passion for serving internal customers is critical. The candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a high attention to detail that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. An expert in navigating complex formulas, systems, and processes to create meaningful insights to guide our finance customers to more informative answers.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Build mechanisms to ensure accurate and informative insights are provided to customers
· Ability to dive deep into financial statements and data sets to identify variances and outliers
· Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues in our systems or processes
· Provide input and testing to build contact management automation and tools to best serve our customers
· Build process mappings and workflows
· Occasional international travel may be required

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
· 3+ years of relevant finance experience
