UK Treasure Truck is currently hiring for enthusiastic and outgoing full-time associates to help us continue to delight our customers around the country. As a Field Operations Associate you will have the opportunity to represent Amazon in the real world and directly deliver our Customer Experience.

What does an Associate do?
Our associates connect with, laugh with and uplift the lives of our customers – even if just for a few moments. Specifically, you will do the following:

Drive Customer Interaction: You are in the unique position of interacting with our customers and you understand the significance of this opportunity. You enjoy engaging with customers and don't use a one-size-fits-all approach to create a great customer experience. You are flexible, think on your feet and exercise great judgment when adapting to the needs of individuals or handling unusual requests.

You are an articulate and persuasive communicator. You are energetic, outgoing, authentic, kind, pleasant and confident. You don't assume anything about the customer's knowledge; rather, you ask great questions to better gauge what the customer wants to make their experience with Amazon a highlight of their day.

Exhibit Operational Excellence: You take great pride in your work. No task is beneath you and you know when to ask your colleagues for help. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You truly enjoy the part you play in creating a great experience and this motivates you to be on time and ready to go for each shift.

Be Creative: You are a problem solver. You jump in and learn things that are unfamiliar to you. You are driven by the idea of finding new ways to interact with customers.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· GCSE Maths & English, grade C or above (or qualification equivalent)
· Experience in a role responsible for interactions with customers on a daily basis
· Possess a valid driver's license
· You are energetic, determined & tenacious and will thrive in a challenging environment on a daily basis. Candidates will need to be able to: stand and/or walk for periods of between 8 and 12 hours per shift (flex and part-time shifts may vary) and lift and move products up to 15kg in weight
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
