DESCRIPTION

The Workforce Staffing team is seeking a Facilitator for a variety of onboarding and training initiatives. You will play a vital role in advancing Amazon's customer-centric culture by providing on-site FC learning and development programs for Amazonian leadership worldwide. You will provide world-class training to Amazonians across all parts of the company in order to connect leaders to the core purpose - serving the customer.

This role requires the ability to influence through effective communication and subject-matter expertise. Successful candidates will have strong presentation skills. Successful candidates will also have a creative, true hands-on approach, as well as strong data driven and analytical skills.

Facilitate Training
· Facilitate training programs and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
· Draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer and skill development.
· Contribute to overall program improvement by recommending content changes, enhancing materials and improving overall program success
· Build partnerships to support our business through learning, performance and talent management.
· Maintain expert-level knowledge in tools and processes referenced in and utilized during training.
· Plan and execute logistics for all sessions

Design Learning Solutions
· Lead and participate in project teams to design, deploy, and measure innovative learning solutions by leveraging technology in order to positively impact customer satisfaction and program value.
· Manage, collect, interpret and analyze business data to improve impact of programs for learners and the business.
· Produce written reports to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurements and evaluations.
· Build positive, collaborative and action oriented partnerships among subject-matter experts, peers, and stakeholders to create durable learning solutions worldwide.

Program Management
· Identify and drive improvements in training processes and program standards based on data, customer feedback, and learning objectives that solve business problems.
· Develop strategies that maximize impact to the customer and business while simultaneously improving efficiencies in administration and deployment.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· Two years Amazon experience.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
· Experience with training in group settings.
· Program management and administration skills: proactive problem-solving, detail oriented, proficiency in organization, delivery of results.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels.
· Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
