An exciting opportunity to join Amazon in developing its next generation products for the cloud market. We are looking for exceptional engineers to join the DFT design team and help develop the next generation of chips based on a revolutionary architecture. At Amazon, DFT (Design-for-Testability) is a multi-faceted job that involves architecture definition, logic design, verification, test patterns generation, chip bring-up and more. As a DFT engineer, you will impact and see the device through its entire lifecycle, from definition stage to mass production. You will be working in close collaboration with multiple VLSI engineering groups including design, verification, backend, test, reliability and more.

You'll be part of the chip design group, working on:

· Development and implementation of DFT architecture
· Design and verification of DFT logic and components
· Generation of high-quality test and debug patterns
· Static timing analysis of DFT modes
· Silicon bring-up, diagnosis and support for physical failure analysis

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering
· At least 5 years in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer
· Chip design, Verilog and System Verilog
· Verification, UVM methodologyATPG tools
· Scan insertion tools
· Gate-level simulations
· Static timing analysis
· Scripting (Perl/Tcl)
· Familiarity with ATE
