Data Collection Program Manager
Amazon is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Collection Lead/Project Coordinator to join our growing user research and data collection team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to move quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Having an eye for process improvement is critical as we will look to the Project Coordinator for input on how to evolve our current processes.

Primary responsibilities:
-Become an expert in the data collection processes and ensure processes are being executed effectively in the field.
-Maintain a high bar for participant experience and ensure it remains a top priority in the field
-Manage day-to-day operations of the collections including logistics, resource/equipment planning, staffing, and work directly in the field
-Train and monitor a small team of temporary employees in multiple field locations
-Partner closely with Program Managers on protocol/process development for existing and future collections
-Continuously evaluate data collection tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable
-Manage distribution and collection of project-specific assets for employee testing
-Own the logistics of distribution and collection of the assets, tracking the assets, and reporting on the program
-Address any customer service or technical questions from users and develop solutions that reduce the number of inquiries
-Lead defined projects that will improve the asset distribution and collection processes
-Work with Program Managers to report on projects and think of ways to improve tracking and reporting

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor's degree required
-2+ years of experience as a program manager or coordinator
