DESCRIPTION
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to support the initiatives of the Marketing Automation team, focused on the SFDC CRM platform to deliver a great experience for our customers. The successful candidate will have technical expertise with Salesforce.com, experience building and supporting global, dashboards and reporting, and the ability to own and streamline the overall testing programs for regression testing new SFDC fields and functionality.
Collaborate with Marketing Automation team and others to successfully execute on project requests, ensure marketing automation best practices, and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements. Document and lead training for marketing automation reporting and dashboard creation, campaign creation, data capture on marketing forms, and overall CRM enhancement. Develop accurate campaign reports and dashboards and ensure timely distribution to key stakeholders. This position is the technical liaison with the website, email, and CRM teams to ensure development and integration efforts in each of the platforms will work in the overall sales and marketing automation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
· Define, develop and create SFDC Reporting & Dashboards in support of marketing team members' projects to measure and report on the success of their programs
· Lead and streamline the formal testing and QA process for Marketo web forms, focusing on maintaining our SLA with internal stakeholders and delivering a great customer experience
· Manage overall Demand Generation Requests to load lead and prospect lists within established SLA
· Uphold the highest standards for data quality by developing impactful data normalization, standardization and quality control programs that raise the bar for the organization
· Collaborate with development team to enhancing and troubleshooting data deduplication process to deliver the best possible prospect and contact data to the AWS sales organization
· Lead projects to extend the functionality and feature set within SFDC as appropriate in partnership with the SFDC Program Manager.
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related field
· 1-2 years of experience with CRM systems; Salesforce.com is preferable
· 1-2 years of experience with Marketing Automation systems; Marketo or Eloqua are preferred
· Experience managing projects of varying complexity; time management and project management are critical skills
