Audible is a subsidiary of Amazon and is the largest producer of audiobooks in the world, serving millions of customers. We are a customer-driven, innovative technology company that strives to make people's lives more interesting.
As a key member of the Audible marketing team you will lead all marketing activities aimed at driving acquisition of former Audible members, as well as developing strategies to improve engagement and lifetime value of these customers upon their return to membership. The right candidate will blend strong marketing communication skills, project management and customer segmentation experience.
This role is a part-time role (20 h/week) and reports to Senior Manager Retention Marketing.
As the CRM Manager, you will:
· Work with cross functional teams to assist in the development of marketing campaigns that drive acquisition of former Audible members across all platforms, devices and communication channels (email, website/in app, social).
· Use data insights to recommend a targeted and personalised approach to messaging, giving former members relevant reasons to come back to our service while also driving improved customer lifetime value.
· Contribute to the development of plans to improve engagement and retention of returning members, for example through targeted onboarding comms.
· Continually test, learn and iterate.
· Evaluate your activities and routinely report your results and learnings to the management team.
· Liaise with international counterparts to share best practices and analytics.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· At least 3 years' experience in CRM and marketing communications
· Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results.
· Ability to work with technical and product teams to develop full site experiences.
· Excellent written communication skills.
· Strong analytical capability and understanding of how to transform analysis into actionable measures.
