Amazon is looking for a smart, motivated, and analytical Credit Analyst to join our Amazon Business Payments team in Europe. The candidate will have the responsibility for providing Amazon Business customers in France with a high quality experience and a thorough credit risk assessment as they apply for Amazon's new Pay-by-Invoice (PBI) feature, a new invoicing service available to Amazon Business customers. This will involve high judgment and frequent interaction with customers and internal stakeholders via phone and email to ensure decisions are sound and well understood. As well, Credit Analysts will support the monitoring and management of the entire PBI accounts receivable portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong desire in innovating processes and exceed expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, primarily driving innovation on behalf of Amazon Business customers. The position requires an individual who can work autonomously in a fast paced, highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail.
Amazon Business represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high priority for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable our business customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. These business customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between). The needs of these business customers are different from those of the traditional Amazon customer, so we are reinventing everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.
The position is based in Munich but the focus will be on Amazon Business Customers in France.
