DESCRIPTION
The DSP Relations and Risk (DRR) team’s primary charter is to manage Delivery Service Provider (DSP) and Delivery Associate (DA) matters regarding fair and professional conduct, contract compliance, workplace escalations, and investigations from the Driver Hotline and other channels. Our goal is to cultivate a successful relationship between Amazon Logistics, our DSPs and their drivers in order to mitigate risk.
DRR’s Risk & Governance team takes a comprehensive standard approach in identifying and addressing any risk (or opportunity) associated with activities within the DSP program. We act as the 1st line of defense for risk mitigation, partnering with other internal teams who monitor risk within each teams’ individual scope, as well as provide expertise to identify potential risks associated with new products, services and geographical expansions.
We are seeking a Human Resources Risk professional to identify, measure, and manage risk in the DSP program, while establishing and monitoring policies and operational controls to reduce risk and achieve contractual adherence. This role will partner with our cross-functional teams to make sure our DSPs have the support and ability to manage their teams in a way that maintains the standards of professional conduct required by their contract, so we can ensure a world class experience for our customers.
This role is open to the following locations: Austin, TX, Nashville, TN, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Irvine, CA, and Bellevue, WA.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· MBA or advanced degree in related field
· CPA, CMA, CISA, CIA, CFE, or similar risk, audit or compliance credentials are a strong plus

Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Human Resources / Employee Relations background ideally from a corporate HR setting (high volume case management)
· MS or JD degree with 5+ years of HR experience or BS degree with 8+ years HR experience
· Experience with: employment and labor law, HR investigations, labor investigations, employee relations investigations
· Experience with CMS (Case Management System) or related software/platform
· Experience with human resources/employee relations policy drafting and management, procedural drafting
· 3+ years in project/program management, strategic planning, and/or process improvement
· Experience within human resources, labor relations, employment and labor law, HR investigations, labor investigations, employee relations investigations
· Labor and employee relations case management experience or investigative background (high volume case management experience preferred)
· Experience in conducting investigative fieldwork, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
· Prior experience supporting hourly employee client groups
