Commercialization Manager, Food Production

DESCRIPTION

Amazon is looking for a Commercialization Manager to help us coordinate our end-to-end fresh food manufacturing. In this role you will be responsible for onsite product testing and facility-specific technical content creation for products, ingredients, and recipes. You will own new menu onboarding and onsite change management at our food production facility.

Responsibilities
· Run Tests: Onsite physical testing for all new product commercialization using equipment in facility.
· Collect Data: Present information regarding multiple processes tested and provide recommendation on best process backed by supporting data.
· Create Content: Generate site specific technical processes and procedures for new menu onboarding.
· Change Management: Intake and prioritization of change management requests from Associates, Leads, and Managers.
· Share Knowledge: Hands on training and guidance during new menu onboarding.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution center, production facility, or a commercial kitchen.
· 1+ year of experience in production leadership or training.
· Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
· Proven ability to organize & present data.
· Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Possess a valid Washington state food worker card.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
