As a cloud support associate intern, you will interact with full-time professionals as part of our AWS Cloud Support team. You'll work at the forefront of Amazon's Web Services providing expert technical support to organizations all across the globe. You will benefit from the opportunity to gain experience on our cloud services, hands on training and learning. You'll have lots of fun and maybe even make history!

Support Areas:
· Cloud Computing
· Linux or Windows Server operating systems
· Networking (TCP/IP and DNS)
· Relational database architecture
· Troubleshooting and Internet fundamentals
· Web Servers and website hosting

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· To-Be 2019/2020 graduates of Bachelors/Masters degree related to computer science, information technology or information systems
· Intern for 6-month
· Passionate about cloud technology
· Learn and be curious
. Good at oral and written communication skill in both English and Mandarin
· User level knowledge of Linux (Basic administration), Networking (Basic)
