This position will be supporting the CamperForce program. CamperForce is a unique program that hires people with RVs to work in our operations facilities across the country. These assignments usually last 3 months or longer depending on the needs of the buildings. The Program Specialist serves as the CamperForce point of contact for multiple buildings, and owns processes that drive a positive experience for camper and stakeholders multiple regions. This is an opportunity to join a program with high visibility during a period of exciting growth.

- Lead the execution of the CamperForce program for assigned buildings
- Attend RV shows and other events to represent the program and build the camper community
- Manage requisition posting and applicant flow for assigned buildings in Salesforce
- Collaborate with assigned building leadership to confirm engagement requests and assign campers
- Coordinate drug testing appointments for incoming campers across multiple regions
- Contribute to the content for CamperForce’s Newsletter, Facebook, and other camper communications
- Support building resources in camper engagement and CamperForce specific processes
- Verify campsite reservations with campground vendors to maintain accurate campsite availability for multiple regions
- Meet regularly with building partners before, during and after each engagement to ensure consistent processes and capture feedback to drive improvements
- Oversee the onboarding, orientation, and ramp-down activities for assigned buildings
- Manage the CamperForce swag pricing, purchasing and tracking for multiple regions
- Monitor and troubleshoot purchase orders and accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors for multiple regions
- Share rotational ownership of the CamperForce e-mail account by responding to common questions and escalating messages that require Program Manager and Program Lead attention
- Generate regular reports and distribute to the relevant stakeholders
- Support our Workforce Staffing teammates with coordination responsibilities as needed
- Other duties will be added as the program grows and evolves

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of Human Resources or Recruiting Experience
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (will vary by season)
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
