The WW Operations Connections team helps support our HR and ER teams in becoming the most data driven HR organization in the world. The BI Engineer for WW Ops Connections will develop reporting and analytics for Amazon's internal leadership and associate feedback mechanism. This person will transform massive, complex data sets into quantifiable relationships, trends, and actionable insights. The successful candidate will help produce analytics to drive and chart progress against a multi-year goals for Amazon's largest business unit. They will also develop reporting solutions and success metrics that will measure product health and identify areas for product improvement and expansion.

We are seeking a candidate that loves working with big data, business intelligence tools, can work to creatively architect solutions using technology, can look critically at reporting tools so that we are leveraging the right tools for our business leaders, and can partner with customers to answer key business questions.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline such as Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering
· 3+ years' experience in a quantitative or analytical role
· Advanced proficiency in SQL
· Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting using BI tools (AWS Quicksight/Tableau/MicroStrategy)
