DESCRIPTION

Global Work Authorization (GWA) is seeking a Manager to lead our Compliance, Quality & Training organization. As a critical member of GWA team this leader will have a team of functional managers for compliance, quality and training, and remediation operations reporting to them. With their team they will actively drive compliance related audits, improve quality metrics of the GWA service delivery teams, and develop and implement the Learning and Development programs for GWA worldwide. In addition to these responsibilities the manager will also conceptualize, implement and drive network-wide initiatives for launching all the three functions globally as we expand the reach of our services. The successful candidates will have a creative, true hands-on approach, as well as strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, and data-driven/analytical thinking, as well as problem solving skills. This role requires the ability to influence without authority.
Tasks may also include process improvements, technology driven solutions, and the development of new process solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders and will make optimal tradeoffs between schedule, resources, and scope. The ideal candidate will be Customer Obsessed, Right a Lot, operationally inclined, possess the ability to analyze data, make data-based business decisions, and committed to making continuous improvements. You will need to operate strategically and tactically to deliver results that scale for our customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience. Master’s degree preferred.
• Resume that shows steady progression in Quality and Training/Learning Management
• Experience delivering training/information to peers, hourly associates, and senior management.
• Experience coaching and delivering messages related to performance.
• Experience developing and implementing department goals and strategies based on broader organization goals.
• Experience interpreting data analytics.
• Experience in Quality Assurance Management in a QS/ISO certified company
• You pride yourself in leading others; you have direct management experience and have been responsible for your employees’ performance.
• You have an eye for efficiency and have experience identifying and executing process improvement initiatives.

• You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
